Founded in 2002 by Mr Ooi Enn Hee, Irama Jaya Group has since established itself as a trusted developer with an impressive and extensive track record. The Group’s original core business started in sub-contracting work for sewer lines, water reticulation and building works. Towards the mid 2000s, the Group ventured into property development as an extension of its core business offerings, in retrospect, a timely venture as a property boom was just around the corner.
